1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Stepping Stone Training, LLC (“SST,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SST provides a proprietary software-enabled training platform including modules, tools, analytics, and related services. SST may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

5. FEES

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, and materials are owned exclusively by SST. No rights are granted except limited access. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

7. USER DATA

You grant SST a perpetual, royalty-free license to use submitted content. SST may use aggregated data for analytics.

8. TRAINING DISCLAIMER

The Services are educational only and do not constitute professional advice.

9. AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

SST may have limited affiliation with the University of Utah, which bears no responsibility for the Services.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree not to disclose proprietary information. Obligations last 10 years or longer for trade secrets.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or access systems without authorization.

12. TERMINATION

SST may terminate access at any time. Rights cease immediately upon termination.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SST is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify SST from claims arising from your use.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Utah law.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.

18. MODIFICATIONS

SST may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
